INVEP Youth Exchange finished

El intercambio juvenil Tras los Pasos de (INVEP Youth Exchange) ha terminado. El pasado lunes 23 concluyó esta actividad internacional que ha reunido a jóvenes de Palestina, Jordania, Hungría, Egipto, Turquía y España (Málaga) cuyo nexo en común es ser voluntarios y voluntarias VEPI en su faceta internacional. A lo largo de una semana, mediante talleres lúdico-educativos, los diferentes países han mostrado sus peculiaridades culturales en forma de cuentos infantiles a través de los cuales han investigado, aprendido y hablado sobre las desigualdades de género que estos textos nos transmiten.

El responsable palestino Majdi Rabi ha elaborado un pequeño resumen que quiere compartir con todas vosotras y todos vosotros. Aquí es dejamos el texto íntegro en inglés :

With a participation of 35 participants from 7 different countries TRANS association in Malaga announced that the INVEP project just finished with a great outcome that was benefit for the participants and the people who worked with them.

Ms. Ruth Sarabia The General Director of the Civil Rights, Civil Participation and Cooperation & Inmigration Area of Malaga City Hall opened the youth meeting in official ceremony and she welcomed all the participants in Malaga and said that they will make the participants week in Malaga as comfortable as they could, and she also mentioned the great work from TRANS association and its projects.

Ms. Monica Romera, president of TRANS welcomed the youth too and she thanked ms. Cecilia Gonzalez, the projects coordinator in TRANS, for her efforts in the successful youth meeting.

And on behalf of the participants, team leaders and partners, mr. Majdi Rabi thanked all the people who support the youth meeting.

Mr. Rabi announced that these kind of youth meetings are very important for the youth to improve their characters and to improve the societies as well.

To be mentioned that INVEP youth meeting is the second part of the INVEP, the second took place in Budapest in 2012.
